All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

  1. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Many products offered through My ER Nurse are produced through third-party fulfillment partners and are made to order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain products, including print-on-demand items, journals, and digital products, may not be eligible for return.

  1. WHOLESALE TERMS

Wholesale pricing and purchasing requirements are subject to separate wholesale agreements.

• Wholesale orders may require minimum purchase quantities
• Deposits may be required before production begins
• Wholesale orders are final sale
• Claims for defects, shortages, or shipment errors must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery
