The Shift Reset Journal is a guided wellness tool, not a replacement for professional medical or mental health advice. No content, prompts, or suggestions in the journal or on our website constitute diagnosis or treatment.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Wholesale Terms
Wholesale orders require a minimum of 10 units. A 50% deposit is required to begin fulfillment. Remaining balance (including shipping) is due prior to shipment. All wholesale sales are final unless defective or incorrect items are received. Retailers are responsible for verifying addresses before shipment.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless an item is defective or damaged in transit. For eligible returns, contact shiftresetjournal@gmail.com within 7–14 days of delivery with photo evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and original material—including the Shift Reset Journal, its prompts, intermission pages, and design—are the intellectual property of Birds of a Feather Consulting Group, Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this product or website. You assume full responsibility for your use of our content and any interpretations or actions taken as a result.
