Refund policy

We want you to love your Shift Reset Journal and My ER Nurse products/services. Due to the nature of our product, The Shift Reset Journal (a guided, writable journal), we do not accept returns for used or opened items.

Acceptable Returns (within 14 days):

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect item received

To request a return, email shiftresetjournal@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement journal, or

• A full refund to your original payment method

Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

WHOLESALE RETURN:

All wholesale orders are final sale due to custom fulfillment and printing.

Returns are only accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Shipment errors (wrong product/quantity)

To report an issue, please contact shiftresetjournal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and your invoice number.

• Journals showing signs of use (writing, markings, etc.) are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect mailing addresses provided at checkout
